Vintage Ibanez TS-808 Tube Screamer. The JRC4558D chip and capacitor's date codes indicate that it's made in 1980. The previous owner decided to touched up the scratches on the sides with green paint and did a pretty decent job. The unit works perfectly and sounds great.
