Gibson Les Paul Less+ 2015 in Desert BurstThe Less+ has a slightly thinner/lighter body than your usual Les Paul, but still has a nice chunky neck so you don't loose any of that great Les Paul sustain and tone.The top on this one is gorgeous - and it's never been gigged so no dents or marks - but please note that there is some checking in the nitrocellulose lacquer finish on the top of the guitar. I think that the checking has started because I kept the guitar in a cold area in its case for 6 months. Some people will love this and actually like the 'worn in' look of checked nitro finishes - if you don't like these hairline cracks in the nitro, please don't bid! I've tried to show the checking in the photos - looking at the guitar straight on it is really difficult to see, but there are some fine cracks in the nitro around the pickup selector switch, and just starting near the control pots. If you like the 'vintage mojo' look, then maybe this guitar is for you!Other than that, this guitar is perfect with no fret wear or scratches - and comes with original case, documentation and G-Force tuner charger. For what it's worth I actually like the G-Force. I tend to do the coarse tuning by hand - just make sure the G-Force is powered off and you can gently turn the tuning pegs by hand - then I use the G-Force to quickly get back into accurate tuning every so often when I'm playing. The G-Force won't get you from slack strings to perfect tuning in 10 seconds, but it's really quick at tweaking your tuning back to where it should be if everything is near the right pitch. The 2015's are really comfortable to play - this has a nice thick neck, with a tiny bit more width which helps with vibrato on the high e. And the slightly lower frets on the 2015 models make them really easy to play.
