I bought this directly from Verellen. The head has only been used for a few hours in the recording studio and I sat in storage with my many other hams since I bought this new a couple years ago. If both looks and functions perfectly like the dad did when I got it. It comes with a lifetime warranty or you can send it in and they will fix any problem and send it back to you all you have to do is pay for shipping it there. As for EL 34 JJ tubes and several JJ preamp tubes. The amp has one clean channel that can get some nice dirt on it when the game is cranked and one high gain channel. You could hear it on every track of my bands last 3 song EP - IRONAUT iron Vessel EP. You can easily Google that and find it on band camp to hear the awesome distorted sound this had provides. I've shipped heads with no problems dozens of times and as you can see in the photo I have many high-quality heads that I always take perfect care of.
