Yamaha LA series which was designed and produced as a guitar suitable for Japanese body shape and sensitivity. Many musicians have been fascinated by its delicate and beautiful sounds, even now the production is completed, it is still a popular series with many fans seeking. This time LA-37, the top model of such LA series arrived!
Luxury spruce veneer TOP, Parisundle veneer SIDE & BACK, mahogany NECK, ebony fingerboard & bridge, measured 44.3 mm nut, 651 mm scale LA body. Yamaha's another famous instrument, which is slightly slimmer than ordinary dreadnought and thin body sharp body creates distinctive delicate sounds!
The sound is glowing and delicate sound, beautiful sound that is pronounced balancedly from high to low! Contrary to a plump bass like the L series, a tight and granular bass, a harmonically rich high tone is blended, and the sound with good spirit and sound separation is a finger that is called in the modern era It sounds like picking a picker. Even with a stroke, enough lumpiness and sound pressure feeling can be obtained, but it seems like a sound suitable for finger type playing too, if anything.
There is a feeling of aging and feeling of use of the instrument for years. Although there is not a noticeable scratch so much, the body has a certain dent mark, abrasion, scratch scratch, etc. in the body. Moreover, the finger board seems to be colored while it is ebony on the spec, and there is a place where the coloring is a little falling in the low fret. However, it is not such a thing that the finger board is hollowed out, so I think whether you care about playing. Although it is attached to the Japan vintage, the white turbidity of the paint has a slight white turbidity in a very small part of the fingerboard end part of the head · top and the body. Moreover, it seems that PU was loaded in the past, and the end pin is exchanged for oversized replacement object. Because the stuff pin struck by the neck heel part is struck a little a little stuff, those who hate Stopin are cautionful (laugh)
Neck condition is good and beautiful straight, the current string height is on the 12 frets on the 6th string side 2.5mm, the 1st string side 2.0mm is the best setting. There is also a little room for the saddle, so you can fine-tune further the chord height. The frets are slightly reduced in the low frets, but the height of about 80% of the original remains even in the area where it is decreasing the most, so you can use it more securely.
Recently the number of individuals on the second-hand market is also a rare one that has drastically decreased!
