Offered here is a mint condition example of the Eastman model DGM1 mandolin. Manufactured in 2010, this Eastman DGM1 is a contemporary F-Style instrument designed in collaboration with Corrado Giacomel. It features select hand-carved Adirondack Spruce top and AAA Carved Highly-flamed Maple back and sides...it is truly a stunning, limited-edition instrument. Based on rare specimens from David Grisman’s personal collection, the acoustic tone of the DGM1is incredibly loud and provides rich and lush tone with the jazz chord melody playing, while single note runs are clear and concise. The low, light set up allows for effortless playing. This Eastman DGM1 is in essentially new condition having only been played a few times...no scratches, dings, or wear of any kind. The certificate of authenticity and fitted hardshell case are equally pristine.
