Up for bid is my awesome 2002 Northwood R80-MJ (mini jumbo) guitar. This guitar has the most beautiful set of rosewood back and sides that I have ever seen. The pictures do not do it justice! Hand built by Master Luthier John McQuerrie in British Columbia, Canada, this guitar would make a fine addition to any collection, or a great graduation gift! This wonderful instrument features a solid cedar top and Indian rosewood back and sides. It has Spanish cedar kerfing and Engleman spruce bracing. It has a bone nut, saddle, and bridge pins, with a one-piece solid mahogany neck and hand-fitted dove-tail neck joint. African ebony is used for the bridge and fret-board. 25.5 inch scale length, and 16.5 inch lower bout. It has a nice narrow waist which fits comfortably in the lap. I would rate this a 9.9 out of 10 for condition. It also comes with a nice HSC, as seen in the pictures, and a professionally-installed sweet K & K Pure Mini pick-up system. Check out the Northwood web site for an in-depth look at how these wonderful instruments are created. You will be as impressed as I was. I just purchased a Martin Custom Shop Jumbo, and do not need two, so, sadly, the Northwood must go. Don't miss this opportunity to own a playable piece of the luthiers art. Happy Bidding! $50 shipping in the lower 40. I will accept NO returns. Note: I will NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. PayPal accepted. Enjoy the auction -- and good luck!
