This is my Fender Classic Series '60s Stratocaster Electric Guitar in Lake Placid Blue. It comes with the original Fender gig bag and both the guitar and gig bag are essentially brand new, having only been played for perhaps no more than one hour. I bought this guitar brand new from GuitarGuitar earlier this year, January 2017, for £661, after long having had an urge to get into playing Fender guitars. However, as I play mainly Gibson scale hollow body guitars it never felt natural to me and as a result it never found it's way from the home and into the band. I think this is called an impulse buy...What's on offer here is a brand new guitar with no fret wear and no dings, dents or associated wear and tear. The plastic covering is still on the scratch plate. Since January the guitar has sat inside its gig bag, which is stored inside the cardboard packing box it came in. At the time of purchase I bought 2 sets of D'Addarrio 9/41 Pure Nickel strings, but they've never been out of their packets. I will put them in with this deal free of charge, if they're suitable for your own personal set up needs, as I require heavier strings on my other guitars so these will never get used once this guitar is sold. They cost around £8.50 each. The guitar can be collected from my home (NE61 area of Northumberland, in Ellington, near Morpeth/Ashington) or can be posted out via Parcel Force 48. If you're collecting in person, I'd appreciate cash upon collection.
