This is an absolute blues monster with an excellent high quality build considering it's Mexican origins. This is a particularly wonderful example of the series and these original Roadhouses are becoming rare to find. 'Deluxe' upgrades include the tortoiseshell 4 laminate scratchplate, the vintage neck tint, 60's three tone sunburst finish and of course the Texas Special pickups. These are noiseless in positions 2 and 4 (out of phase). One piece alder lightweight body. Phenomenal subtle flame to the neck, vintage tint which has a satin feel and is almost unfinished behind the headstock. I will upload videos shortly which will say it all! This guitar is finer than many American examples including a previous Eric Johnson rosewood Stratocaster I had which didn't shape up compared to this one! There are a few marks and scuffs that I have tried to capture in the photos but the condition of the guitar is excellent for the year.Comes with a  brand-new tweed case from gear 4 music. Weighs in at 7.5 Ibs.
