I am selling my Apogee Symphony I/O 16 Channel Interface and ADA Converter. This is one of my favorite pieces of gear and drastically changed the quality of my recordings. I am very sad to see it go but I am moving soon and need to downsize my belongings. I am looking to purchase a smaller interface once I relocate.I am the original owner of this unit and since being purchased in 2014, it has been used exclusively in my smoke free apartment and studio. It is fully functional and comes with a surplus of accessories. This is a great opportunity to upgrade your studio.A couple details about this unit:1) It has lived in and out of my rack and some rashes on the top and sides of the unit. Other than that, there is no cosmetic damage on the unit.2) I have installed a couple modules from Apogee since this is an semi-modular unit. The first one is the 8x8 MP Module which adds 8 AWESOME Microphone Preamps (accessible via a DB-25 port), 4 1/4" Instrument inputs right on the unit, and 8 Sends and Returns for outboard gear.3) The second module installed is the 16x16 Module that adds 16 analog ins, and 16 analog outs accessible via DB-25 Ports. All of the inputs and outputs are rearrangeable and accessible via the Apogee Maestro Software which is a free download from their website. I can include up to 4 Mogami Gold DB-25 to 1/4" TRS Snakes for this unit. They are 3' long. I used to use them to connect to a mixer and other outboard gear.4) I have also purchased a Symphony 64 Thunderbolt Interface which connects the PCI Port on the back of the symphony. Over Thunderbolt, you can get latency as low as 1.5 milliseconds. I have included the PCI Cable and an Apple Thunderbolt cable. This adapter also allows you to daisy chain two Symphony I/Os for up to 32 channels!5) I have also included the Apogee branded USB cable so you can use the unit simply over USB.For more information you can check out Apogee's Support and Product page located under legacy products. Thanks again!
