Paul Reed Smith, Custom 24 in Faded Whale Blue absolutely sings. Very low play time, has been used for 40 hours maximum. It has spent most of it's time in a case. Despite this, the tuners have aged like nickel does when used but none of other metal on this guitar has oxidized everything else is perfectly shiny. When I purchased the guitar: 1) it already had a very fine depth scratch about 2.5 mm in length near the neck pickup ring 2) it also already had a scratch on the back of the neck that is only in the clear coat. Again, this was already present when I purchased the guitar. This guitar has a really nice flamed top that has some quilt like depth. It's not a "10" top, but, I have seen some that have not even matched the beauty, and depth of this guitar. At 7lbs exactly its balanced and feels really easy on the shoulder! This is the lightest PRS Solid body I have ever held! The most minimum to zero fret wear. I am a very light player and have set it with nice low action, and 10-46 strings. The 59/09 pickup set will give you the versatility you need to go from Jazz- Metal, seriously, these pickups surprised me a lot. CUM4F-HTI6T-FW-N9-9V
