Spruce TOP, Mahogany SIDE & BACK, Mahogany NECK, Hakaranda Fingerboard & Bridge, Hacaranda Adj. Saddle, 40 mm narrow and neck 16 inch round shoulder J - 50. This one in stock is made 68 years since miraculously beautiful remnant of Gibson logo of pickguard which was put only around this year remained. This guard / logo is cool, but many individuals have been scraped due to picking, I think whether there are unusual individuals whose logo remains beautifully up to this point.
Condition has scratches with aging, feeling of use. There is a place where paint is peeled by picking around the pick guard. Also on the back of the neck there are paint peeling due to tightening of the capo from one fret to seven frets back to the point. Other fine scratches and weather checks are also passing years, but I think that there are no scratches that are much worrisome.
The neck condition is good and almost straight, while the current string height is set on the 12 frets on the 6th string side 2.6mm, on the 1st string side about 2.1mm, but the adjustable · saddle still moves both up and down So you can set it to your favorite string height. The frets are rubbed in the past, but the decrease is small and the height of more than 80% of the original remains even in the area where it is decreasing the most, so there is not much worry about the reflet and you can defeat the gangs.
Sound is a cutting tone of crackling zack zack that seems to be the 60's Gibson! It sounds like the edge where the comp is effective, it is an individual that will ring well from low to high!
The case comes with a chip board case.
