For auction is an absolutely beautiful 1938-40 Krupa Slingerland Radio King Snare Drum. All original hardware and very clean looking. 8 spring-loaded streamline lugs. The blue Duco finish is original with some age-related fade and scrapes. Bearing edges are clean and have been recently wiped down to clear debris (see photos). Drum has an old stock batter head and a new old stock Remo resonant snare head. Drum is equipped with vintage Ludwig snares. Original batter muffler and mechanism included, but the knob has broken off through the years. It is still functional for applying the muffler to the head. Snare throwoff is original and works smoothly.
