The Futurama were the cheaper of the Futurama/Truvoice ranges, but were still built to a quality that holds true today.Service History This has been recently serviced to a high standard. We pride ourselves on our inspections and the professional service of each amplifier to UK regulations, making this ready to plug in and play. The service included:- Tested Valves on Orange VT1000 - all serviceable- Found output transformer on wrong primary tapping (it has been replaced at some point)- Replaced 2x signal path caps- Replaced 2x cathode bias resistors- Replaced 1x cathode bias capacitor- Cleaned all controls, inputs and valve sockets with service spray (vol 2 pot is still slightly scratchy)- Soaked tested to 6w RMS in 8ohm load.- Painted back panel matt black.All service history documents will be included in the sale. Cosmetic ConditionThis item is still in great condition after its 50+ year old lifetime. The back panel (and maybe the bottom panel) was replaced in the past, as pictured.
