This auction is for a Used Conn 8D Silver Double French Horn serial number N39XXX . This horn does play (however we are not good horn players). This horn has been chemical cleaned, and oiled with all new lubricants, it has been restrung with all new Conn's strings all valves moves freely, and all slides moves freely. This french horn has some silver plating wear, some dents & dings, scuffs, scratches, slight crease in bell, and some soldered repairs as common with school band instruments. This double french horn came from a school band, so please expect some wear and tear, being that this item was once used by students. Also comes with a Used Case, no mouthpiece. It would make a good practice instrument or more. Compared to what this item sells for New, this is a bargain price for this used instrument .
