This listing is for a USED King 2280 euphonium. Serial # 135561 made in the US. Believe it's from the mid 80s. The listing includes the instrument, hard case, and Benge Marcellus S mouthpiece.The instrument is in good condition. It has scratches and small dents throughout. It needs to be cleaned but it plays very well. There are more scratches and a few larger dents in the backturn. All of the valves and slides move easily. The 3rd valve spring mechanism is functional.
"561" is stamped on the 3rd slide and "566/1" is stamped on the main slide. It looks like the factory lightly stamped a 6 and then a 1 over it.The case is intact and fully functional.You can see the above pictures and a few more at the following Flickr link:
