Product Description Strapped with a Bigsby vibrato and high-output Kent Armstrong pickups, the Excel 175 is an archtop built for modern rock. Its fully-hollow 16-inch-wide body is perfectly balanced and pours out robust tone. The 175 is paired with a stunning chrome Bigsby, allowing for classy shimmers and warped bends -- all while its roller bridge guarantees stable tuning. Exceptionally crafted, the Excel 175 joins the ranks of legendary vibrato-equipped archtops. New Retail Price = $1,579 Our Price = $1,349 (save $230!!) What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was some minor finish flaws on both sides of the neck where it meets the headstock (see photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor finish flaws, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is NOT stamped "used" or "2nd" and the original serial # is intact. However, there is NO factory warranty for this guitar. The hard case does have a small dent on the back side (see photo), but is otherwise in new condition.
