Vintage '50s Gibson GA-20 Guitar & Microphone Combo 1x12 60 Watt AmplifierAssembled in the days of early post WWII, this amplifier is currently the "Grandaddy" of the Tone House HQ. This GA-20 has definitely seen it's better day cosmetically but there is no doubt it is still alive and kicking! Through its 65+ year life span there have been some upgrades to the capacitors and tubes but it still has the original Jensen 12" speaker. This GA-20 features control 1 knob for tone and and 2 volumes knobs for either an electrical instrument or microphone. Super lightweight and convenient to get around at only 25 lbs!This Gibson GA-20 amp is in worn condition. All of this wear is cosmetic in the form of tolex and fabric peeling back. It seems like the glue in spots has not held the test of time. The handle is original but is torn and can not be held to transport. Can be restored but we will leave that decision to the next buyer. Wear aside, there is so much vintage vibe to this amp that we're not touching a thing. Looks great next to the true relic Les Pauls we have in our studio!
