This guitar is a 1999 Gary Smalley Custom Guitar. He was the Lynyrd Skynyrd guitar tech. This was the last guitar he made before passing away of cancer. One of the previous owners posted a video on youtube. I believe if you type in Gary Smalley Custom Guitar a video will appear. This guitar comes in a nice tweed case. It's rumored this guitar was suppose to be for Steven Segal, but I'm not 100% sure about that. This is a solid, very comfortable guitar. It is a joy to play. I hate to get rid of it. There is 2 little chips in the paint which can be seen in the pictures. Some things I found online: Gary Smalley was Lynard Skynard's guitar technician. He built custom electric guitars out of stock parts. They are quite rare and are supposed to be extremely well made. Though I am unsure if he made other styles or not, every smalley custom guitar I gave ever saw was a strat or tele style guitar. I have never saw one for sale for any less than $2000.
