Listing is for this newly completed Aztec Gold La Cab style Telecaster from Virgil's Vintage Guitars.This truly unique and versatile Tele comes in at a featherweight 6lbs. 9oz.Here are the specs:NECK•Musikraft riftsawn maple w/slab Rosewood board.•Round "C" shape '59 profile.•9" radius.•1.635" nut width.•Medium frets.•Hand made clay dot markers.~Finished with Nitrocellulose lacquer over tinted gunstock finish.BODY•3lb. 5oz.•Two piece white pine.~Finished w/ Aztec Gold acrylic auto paint w/Nitrocellulose Lacquer top coats.~Radically aged w/ lacquer checking.ELECTRONICS•Hand aged Jason Lollar "Lollartron" pickups approx. 4.4K Ohms. Lollartrons, are Humbucker sized Filtertrons that sound like the offspring of a PAF and Filtertron. Warm and full with all of the punch and twang of a single coil pickup•Vintage .0047mfd ceramic disc capacitor, which allows use of the full span of the tone pot.HARDWARE•Hand aged Armadillo solid brass bridge plate.• " " Wilinson Kluson style tuners.• " " Fender OEM control plate and dome knobs.• " " parchment 3 ply pickguard.This is a super light weight and resonant Tele, with acoustic properties that really allow the Lollartrons to shine. Extremely versatile. No one trick pony here.Meticulously set up with leveled and polished frets, and hand cut bone nut.
