FOR SALE is this beautiful John Mayer Signature Fender Stratocaster in perfect physical and working condition.I purchased the guitar brand new from P.M.T music in Southend-On-Sea on 31st December 2010 for £1,500.If you're looking at this item you probably already know a lot about the spec and history of this JM Signature series, but below is a summary:The C-shaped maple neck sports a satin finish and African rosewood fretboard with big Dunlop 6105 frets for a super-comfortable, fast feel you can really dig into. Buffed headstock and vintage '50s decal combine with 3-ply brown shell pickguard and vintage finishes for a fabulous look. Alder body sports an American vintage synchronized tremolo with five springs. The string tree is slightly closer to the nut, just the way John likes it.Features:Alder bodyMaple neckAfrican rosewood fretboardBig Dipper single-coil Stratocaster pickupsDunlop 6105 frets3-ply brown shell pickguardThe guitar has only been used for studio/home use (not gigging), and has always been protected in the hard case pictured, which is also how it will be delivered to you. The only slight defect with the set is that the Tremelo arm has been misplaced somewhere in my home studio. As compensation, I have lowered my price by £50, and will throw in a set of Ernie and Ball Slinky strings too.Delivery will be with Parcelforce 48, and will be sent as soon as payment is received.
