I believe that it could just be in need of new tubes, and there was a cold solder on a resistor that has now been fixed, and that is just about the only issues this amp had to my understanding. The amp has the upgraded transformers from Marshall and the stock JJ tubes. There is a little rust from age, but please refer to the photos for the condition. This is a genuine Marshall amplifier and I have never seen just a chassis for sale. Essentially all one would need is a cabinet. This could be a great amplifier for those who are tech savvy. The amplifier sounds phenomenal when it is working properly. The amplifier comes with the original Marshall tube cage as well. This is an opportunity for you to use your imagination cabinet wise, and you can build whatever you want out of it(1x12, 2x12, 4x10). You can add mustards to make it sound better, and other NOS parts too. I highly doubt you ever find another genuine Marshall Handwired chassis for sale like this. Please ask any and all questions before attempting to purchase this. I am only shipping it within the United States. I have this amplifier listed on both eBay and Reverb, and so in the crazy chance that both listings sell at the same time, I reserve the right as the seller to choose who the buyer is depending on who pays first. This amplifier is being sold as is.
