Hi, I'm selling a 2010 Splawn Nitro that I recently had modded by FJA Mods. This is a mid production 100 watt Nitro with the loop master volume and Heyboer transformers.The amp retains much of the original Nitro character (a super hot rodded Marshall sound) but now has an improved midrange voicing, improved resonance control, more gain/saturation on the overdrive channel as well as the addition of a push-pull gain boost. It also has an improved clean channel. At the time the mod was performed, it also received four new Sovtek 6550 power tubes. It cost $513 for the mod including tax, not counting the cost of the new power tubes. The amp is in excellent, almost mint condition and functions flawlessly. It has a few minor scuffs in the tolex on the back of the amp and the logo has a slight scuff. It comes with the original Splawn footswitch, amp cover and power cable. This item is for sale locally and the seller reserves the right to end the auction at any time.
