For sale is my sparkling mint-condition made-in-Japan Yamaha TRBJP2 John Patitucci bass.This bass is in pristine condition. It is a 35" scale, 26-fret beast of a bass! It is essentially brand new and has been pampered. I'm only selling it because I'm going a different tonal route. Otherwise, I would keep it. The frets are in excellent condition, the neck is straight, and the truss rods have never been touched. Everything is stock. As you can see, this bass has one of the most stunning and beautiful quilted maple top and back you will ever see. Because of the 35" scale, the B-string is one of the tightest sounding B strings out there. Sounds very much like that of a piano.The bass ships in a hard-shell case with original manual. Will ship fully insured.Brand-new this bass is $2900. This is brand new other than it's missing the plastic controls description that comes in between the knobs.
