A rare, excellent French certified violin bow made by Dominique Peccatte ca. 1865. D. Peccatte was one of the greatest French masters. Bows made by this maker are top choices of soloists and most demanding collectors worldwide.
This is excellent and characteristic example of the maker's work in a very fine state of preservation. The stick is round, strong with a perfect flexibility, fine balance and superb sound. The weight is 60 g and the length of the stick is 72 cm. It is ready to play.
