I am the original owner of this 1987 Gibson Les Paul Standard. It was purchased new from B&C Music in Pittson, PA in Feb of 1989.  It is in very nice condition only showing the typical wear of a 30 year old instrument.  It has never been dropped, damaged or gotten wet. The original tuners were replaced with Grovers, hence the extra screw holes in the back of the head stock.  It has a Dimarzio Steve Morse pickup in the bridge and a PAF Pro in the neck position.  I sanded the gloss off the back of the neck and treated it with Tunge oil for a smooth natural feel.  It was re-fretted some time back so you will notice the "nibs" in the neck binding are gone.  It has a bone nut.  I just cleaned up the frets and also put a new bridge on because the saddles were very worn.  This guitar sounds great.  The Steve Morse pickup is very high output and adds a nice midrange bite to the trypical thick Les Paul sound. I have the original case, but all of the clamps are broken off.  This was common with these cases.  A very bad design.  Take a good look at the pictures.  They are very detailed.  Feel free to ask any questions.  Thanks for looking.
