Up for sale is a true collector's item:Beyerdynamic M88 "LE" serial number #001!!! This Beyerdynamic microphone belonged to the chief designer of this "Limited Edition" series (one owner!) and it has never been used. This mic is a true work of art and a great piece for any serious collector. The M88 set is complete including the original wood box, microphone clip and the paperwork for the model #001. Beyerdynamic's "Limited Edition" M88 and M500 mics were offered for a short period of time in the 90s and they were sold out very quickly. At that time it was not possible to buy models with very low serial numbers on the market, since the first couple of mics were reserved for the Beyerdynamic staff only.
