Wow, a full restored 1985 Yamaha Recording Custom set made famous by Dr. Steve Gadd and many others. 6 thin ply birch and ready to go! Made in Japan, beautiful Garnet Red finish and I've cleaned all chrome, polished shells, new Evans heads all around I was missing a couple bass drum hoops so I have used a Burgandy/Natural finish and you can mix and match. I just thought they looked cool. You can always reverse or get new Yamaha hoops, they are out there. Here's the specs:Bass Drum 22" x 16, Yamaha T rods on front, normal tension rods on batter. New Evans EQ1 on Batter, Black Evans Black EQ1 on batter with correct Yamaha logo. I did not cut a port, leave that up to you. See above about the hoops. Bass Drum 22 x 14" All Yamaha T rods front and rear. Same with new Evans heads as above. Floor tom 16" x 16" with correct legs and feet. New Evans Coated G2 batter and new Evans G1 resonant. The resonant head is scuffed, but new. No one will see it.Rack tom 13" x 9" new Evans G1 and G2 coated heads. Rack tom 12" x 8" new Evans G1 and G2 coated heads.There are some nicks on the bass drum hoops and pedal rash and a few marks on the rest of the drums but I'd say an 8 out of 10 and remember these are 40 years old. Will include 2 triple bass drum mounts, 1 with aftermarket screws, 2 tom mounts, floor tom legs and this will have to ship in 2 boxes and I pack very carefully. These were so popular that Yamaha has re-introduced this model.Please ask any questions and check my feedback as it's very important to me. Thanks so much!
