RARE GUITAR FROM 1966 ORIGINAL
THE REAL DEAL NOT THE REISSUE
This is probably the most famous of the fiberglass models used by J.B. Hutto first ... now Jack White aka Jetson's
Made by National Valco Co. U.S.A. in 1966 verified by the volume & tone pot date code 1376602 (CTS) 2nd week. The name on headstock is gone but it was either National or Supro. There are only remnants of the foil serial number.
This model feature's two large single coil pickups & a non adjustable steel reinforced neck, the only adjustments that can be made to the action is the bridge height & if the bridge is set low with light strings it will fret out and have some fret buzz also. But with heavy strings & the action set high ..this would make an incredible slide guitar.
Due to it's age ... Returns are not accepted for this item. It looks & sounds fantastic. everything works. This is a real nice example of a rare 1966 U.S.A. made guitar! There are only minor dings, nicks & some wall hanging hook wear through finish on the head stock ... one small spot on the back of neck (see photos) Overall good shape for a 50 year old.
Ships in a non original vintage case. Being sold as is, a rare vintage SLIDE guitar so no returns are accepted on this guitar Thanks. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. IS DONE THROUGH
