Selling a 1966 Fender USA Musicmaster II Guitar in Dakota Red. This one has some wear and tear on it but it all stock. No mods, just plain wear from use throughout the years. The Dakota Red has darkened a little over the years, has some various dings and paint chips, nicely naturally reliced. This is a short scale guitar with one single coil neck pickup. Has the original electronics, original tape to hold down the wiring. The maple neck is in great shape. The thin frets that were used in that time period has some wear, mostly in the lower first few frets. Rosewood still in really good shape. The silver Fender logo has worn a little and the top of the neck has checking in the top coat. Good playing guitar that can deliver some unique tones especially when used with various stages of overdrive. Great for recording. Its a really fun easy player. Chords ring out nice and you can play some fast leads as well. Nice action down the neck. The case is original to the guitar, silver speckled finish, all latches and hinges are in working order. The case too has various wear marks. Really in good shape for all being from 1966. I have over 15 more pics to show of the guitar, including shots of the Original electronic's....if you would like to see them please email me at rgvgearfinder at yah. Will ship through UPS with full insurance and tracking. Thanks for your interest.
