You are looking at a CONN 15-I Baritone, based on Serial #, it was made in the 1970s (they don't make them like they used to). This Horn is in excellent playing condition. Horn and mouthpiece were professionally flushed and cleaned on March 30, 2017. Valves work perfectly. This is a very good instrument. Ideal for students, non-professionals looking for good quality sound. It has several dents (see pictures), but they are all removable. This horn can look great with a little TLC. But it sounds great as it is, and all the critical parts are in excellent shape.
