maple neck, ebony equipped (fingerboard, pegs (one was replaced once), quality tailpiece with finetuner, endpin, nut & saddle, chinrest)
There are NO cracks or damages on this fine piece. This fiddle was played a lot and is showing authentic and characteristical signs of the time and playing (eg fingerboard with "thumb notch", partially played-of varnish in the lower area of the back - otherwise the original shellac is showing normal signs of the time
