Product Description This Elite Standard features a hand-selected, deluxe AA solid-spruce top with scalloped bracing and Ovation’s Contour Bowl composite body, which maximizes acoustic output and is ergonomically designed for comfort in any playing position. Ovation’s pioneering multi-soundhole design enhances string vibration and sustain by improving soundboard efficiency. The guitar’s upper-bout soundholes are inlaid with exotic hardwoods and a cutaway offers full access to the satin-finished, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck. What was refurbished on this guitar: When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was a minor finish flaw on the top of the body (see photo). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor cosmetic flaw, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is stamped "used" and original serial # has been replaced with a new one.
