The mechanism has been cleaned, overhauled and regulated, it is in first class working order.The figured walnut case has been waxed and burnished and remains in excellent condition with no scratches or othe marks.The strings have been cleaned and tuned to concert pitch (A=440).The keys have been cleaned and polished, they are in perfect condition with no chips.Both pedals function correctly.The tone of this piano is warm and rich, the touch light / medium.
