For sale is my Guild CV-2C F-40 solid wood acoustic guitar. This acoustic is a gem and is in excellent condition, except for some minor pick and surface scratches on the body that do not penetrate the clear coat and won't show up in pictures. I am the second owner. The original owner was a friend and we both took very good care of this instrument. While the bolt-on Guild models were known to sometimes have issues and require refurbishment, this is not one of them. You will notice it is not stamped "Used" on the back of the headstock. This guitar has had no issues whatsoever with the neck pulling away from the body or issues related to intonation or adjustment. It also includes a John Pearse armrest in ebony to match the ebony fingerboard. You won't go back once you hear how much better an acoustic sounds with a Pearse armrest. D-Tar electronics are awesome and it comes with a like-new Guild hard shell case. Never gigged. Original pickguard is included. Extremely comfortable to play, great body size, and it can be loud for strumming or subtle when fingerpicking. For Maple, this guitar does not have that sometimes too bright / "tinny"tone that maple can sometimes have until broken in. It's like this guitar has already mellowed - it sounds so sweet.
