This is an excellent Yamaha YOB-841 Custom model professional oboe in terrific condition. The Yamaha Custom instruments are consistently superior instruments. They are highly regarded for their excellent tone and responsiveness superior intonation and unfaltering attention to detail. This is a terrific example of a fine oboe. This model is an American bore oboe that features a warm lush sound. This oboe is solid grenadilla wood and is hand finished. It features the full conservatory system and a variety of trill keys. This particular one is in very good condition. It shows some wear here and thee but no signs that it has ever been abused. It has just been through our shop and is ready to play.
