This auction is for a New Unplayed 2016 Gibson Custom Shop Collectors Choice #37, Aged 1959 Les Paul Reissue "Carmelita" w/ True Historic Specs. Has a great looking authentic top and burst color. Guitar weighs just under 8 lbs. Has a super dark rosewood fingerboard and custom Burstbucker pickups for this run. Tone is super woody with smooth honky upper mids and top end. This one is a rare find. This Carmelita run is super resonate and percussive, especially this particular one. The neck is extremely accurate to the late 50's with smooth small shoulders and aged colored binding. Aging is second to none. Condition is new from Gibson which includes original shipping box, all paperwork, all hangtags, special certificate and aged dark reissue Lifton case. Guitar is brand new and unplayed except for me playing it once for tonal observation. I am a collector and this is a hand picked great Carmelita Collectors choice. I have many high resolution pictures that were to big for eBay Please email me for pics. I also have a Gibson Custom shop Gary Rossington Les Paul up for auction as well. I will offer a 24 hour approval for the guitar to be returned as I know it is extremely challenging to buy a guitar without playing it first.
