We had this trumpet inspected by a music teacher in our area who deals in these trumpets often. He said it had great intonation and that the dents in the horn could easily be straightened for around $100. All of the fittings are tight and slide smoothly. The valves are all smooth and working great. His professional opinion was that this was a great playing trumpet regardless of its cosmetic condition. With a little love and care, it could be repaired, cleaned up and be a beautiful piece.
