VINTAGE GUITAR GARDEN presents a fantastic Japan made 1994 Fender ST-72 Strat.
Features of this Fender Strat include:
Body: Alder body finished in an offwhite which had faded to a very nice Dijon Mustard Yellow
Neck: Maple neck with a medium C Profile
Fretboard: Maple fretboard with 70's large Fender style headstock, & 21 jumbo frets
Plastic: off-white 3 ply pickguard & creamy yellowed pickup covers & knobs
Bridge: Vintage Fender tremolo bridge & tremolo arm
Pickups: $200 upgrade to USA Van Zandt Blues pickups
Control: 1 volume, 1 tone , 5 selector switch
Hardware: Vintage Gotoh tuning keys and all chrome hardware
Weighs 8.2lbs and comes with a black
For sale is a very nice made in japan 1994 Fender ST-72 Strat electric guitar. See above for all its features. These Fender Japan guitars are fabulous instruments that are extremely well built. As many of you know, they give their USA Fender brothers a run for the money at half the price. This one is 23 years old and has fabulous Medium RELIC look and feel. If you like that well worn look , like your favorite baseball glove, you will love this one. A natural RELIC from years of playing that looks amazing, and plays great. Great medium maple C neck with nice jumbo frets (80% fret life left) and great action. If you want a collector piece this one is not for you. If you like the RELIC player look & feel , with lots of bumps and bruises from years of real playing, this one has your name on it. Its offwhite/light yellow original color has aged beautifully to more of a Dijon Mustard yellow color adding to the character of this sweet strat. See close-up pictures above.The upgraded $200 set of USA Van Zandt Blues pickups strat plugged into your favorite amp give this strat the classic strat spank with rich tonal 5 way selector combinations.
