Ovation Viper! Classic 70s Ovation solid body--rare strange looking Viper that will turn heads in an even more rare vintage white finish. What it is...A vintage 1975-1980 Ovation Viper in beautiful condition in a rare creme finish. For a 40-some-year-old instrument, it's very clean. Must have been well cared for. No large dings or scratches. Only some minor playing marks, overall stunning shape for the vintage. These Vipers are very rare and will be hard to find many in this shape, and I've seen very few in this finish. Two great sounding humbuckers with 3-way pickup selector mini-switch. Cool looking large Volume and Tone knobs. Unique body shape with single cutaway and rear body contour. Awesome feeling 24-fret, 2-octave neck with excellent fret life. Distinctive Ovation headstock style with unique chrome/black Ovation tuners. Basically, it's not like any other electric guitar you'll see. Set up great. Everything working right. All electronics, neck, frets, all great. I just set this up with new strings, checked intonation and cleaned entire guitar. It's ready to play and enjoy. Please note, one tuning machine has some glue residue on it and appears to have been cracked and then repaired. It worked fine for me. Comes with a black gig bag.
