Everything is in working order and pretty clean considering it's age. Volume pot is from 1965 and the tone is from 66. Looks like at least one of the caps was changed and I'm not sure if the jack is original but the solder looks right and it is included along with washer and nut. The two plate mounting screws are also included. The switch tip is quite loose and will need some work to make is more secure.
