1949 Buescher 400 Top Hat and Cane Alto Saxophone B7 Model 1949 Buescher 400 Top Hat and Cane Alto Saxophone B7 Model This Buescher 400 Top Hat and Cane Alto Saxophone has a serial number of 321xxx which puts it’s production close to 1949. The finish is in very good condition overall with just surface scratches in the finish. No major damage or repairs that we could see. The sax plays well as is but would recommend some regulations and possibly a few new pads if you are a professional player. The saxophone has the Buescher Snap Ins, gold plated springs and silver bell ring. As you can see from the pictures, the sax looks great. The neck is original and does not have any major damage or repairs. The case is the original Buescher case in good condition. Comes with a vintage neck strap. No mouthpiece included.
