I'm the second owner of this guitar. Mostly played in my home smoke free studio With original hard shell case super clean zero dents.. like brand new! I'm throwing in many extras. My return policy is, if you receive your item broke.. Damaged. Please contact me ASAP. if its high end electronics,, I video the unit working before I post the item. And video the item again before shipping. You will receive both videos. Please Do not wait 2 weeks ,Or a month. That item is broke or damaged. We can sort this out out selfs... This protains to anything I sell on eBay. I want to make sure we are both protected properly. with the shipping company's and eBay. I have family that both work for UPS/and fedex so I go buy there stricked Guide lines. Tho I'm not an employee of those company's. As for the same with USPS..In the packing process..
