Besson sovereign euphonium in plated silver.Model BE976. Fully compensating. Serial number 872*** indicates 1999 or 2000 manufacture. In outstanding condition for age. First class valve movement with newish guides that show no wear. All 4 valves slick and smooth movement. All tuning slides free and well maintained with smooth movement. All corks, felts and dampers in good condition. Silver plate in great condition showing some signs of wear commensurate for age. One or two small dings, mainly to lower bow, entirely cosmetic and hardly noticable. One small one in the bell. I have trid to photograph but not easily seen. Case in good condition with solid handles and catches. Great instrument free blowing and lovely tone.
