From Yamaha Website: These flutes feature a headjoint, body and footjoint made of 92.5% pure sterling silver for a rich, warm well-defined tone.A wonderful upgrade from an intermediate model flute, this flute has a beautiful sound! Cosmetically, this flute is ding/dent/tarnish free though it does show some light surface marks (scratches/scuffs) from normal use - mostly because of the thumb grip (I tried to show it in the pics). I just had it cleaned, sanitized, new cork in headjoint and the pads checked. Overall an exceptional condition used instrument. Comes with a French style case in great condition. Free Shipping!
