Description

NOTE: This item is being re-listed due to a non-paying bidder. Once again, a typical case of "buyer's remorse". Just for the record and to show that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the instrument, here is what the buyer said upon receiving it: "I have decided not to purchase the banjo. I know I will regret it because it is a beautiful instrument but my priorities have shifted since early March and it's just not in my budget at present. "Here is a GORGEOUS Green/Blue Pearl or "Pearloid" Tenor banjo in really nice original condition. Made in the 1930's, possibly by Slingerland but there is no name on the instrument. Nice decal on the head stock. The colors are really amazing! A combination of Green Pearl and a sort of aqua pearl. Nice circular pin-striping on the resonator, too. This is an exquisite piece of Art Deco era craftsmanship. Calf head is in great condition and everything works perfectly. Add this beautiful and historic American banjo from the Jazz Age to your collection! Comes with original case which is in fair condition. Shipping in USA: $38.00.ADDITIONAL PHOTOS UPON REQUEST.
