Mackie MCU PRO Control Universal Pro Master Controller with included Mackie XT Pro 8-fader Expansion unit, a total of 16 channels of moving-fader control for your DAW. Works with Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase, Sonar, Digital Performer, and others using Generic Remote control. This has the P&G faders, v 3.0 firmware. This is being sold as a bundled package- both the main MCU Pro control and the 8 channel extender. MIDI cables, power supplies, lexan overlays, and USB cable included. The extender unit will eventually need some faders replaced, as they sometimes have trouble calibrating on power up. The workaround to keep it from calibration failure is to start that unit with the faders up all the way. This is why I'm selling it as a bundle. The main controller is working perfectly in all cases. The new MCU sells for $1200 and the extender $800 and this product has remained popular for over ten years. I've changed my interactive mixing setup to a touch screen.The scribble screen shows the track name and in pro tools will also show signal level. Either way, the unit indicates signal on each channel, full transport controls, programmable function buttons, and more. On the back there are VESA pattern screw holes, and I have mounted the units on arms.
