1965 Selmer Mark VI Baritone Sax- Original Laq-Rip-Roaring Player!!!

These early vintage Selmer bari's are becoming rarer and rare to find! This one is a total player and has the looks to prove it! It dates back to 1965 and the serial number is 124,xxx. It comes with approx 60% of its original finish and by the looks of it, has been played!! If your looking for something pretty to look at, I suggest you look for another horn. If your looking for a horn that completely rips and roars with a beautiful distinct voice, than this is the horn for you! The horn has been adjusted and is singing from top to bottom! The pads are not new but they are all in decent shape. This bari sax is keyed to a low Bb and comes with its original neck. There has been miscilaneous dent work throughout the horn in its life as well as a few resolders but this is fairly normal for a vintage Bari. There is also a small college's serial number engraved under the Selmer emblem but it is not too noticeable. Again... This horn is really an incredible player but will be best suited for someone who is not too critical of cosmetic blemishes. There's not too many of these early, vintage Selmer bari's left with their original laq. With that said, this horn will last someone a lifetime and it's best years are still to come! It will come shipped in its original Selmer case that is in good shape.
