This listing is for a Vintage Ludwig 1965 /1966 Blue Sparkle Jazz Festival ? Snare Drum & Pearl Stand / Base as shown . The Pearl Stand is very easy to setup and connect and can be easily folded into a minimized state , about 15 inches in length and less than 4 inches in diameter at maximum for easy transport. Top skin tight and bottom skin looks not tightened properly , wrinkled as shown. Drum skin at 14 inches diameter ( about 16 inches widest overall diameter ) by ~ 5 inches skin to skin or 6 inches bottom edge of bottom hoop to top edge of top hoop. The " Pearl " stand adds 26 inches to overall height, has 3 covered prongs on top holding the drum and 3 equally spaced rubber covered legs giving the drum great stability. Please see all images for details and parts. The bottom ring has 10 holes as oppose to the top that has 8 holes . Please make a note of it.. I am not sure what if any parts are replacements; please examine all images. Serial number 271192. The interior of the drums is dated,  which seem to be  March 18 1966 The serial number is from 1965 / 66 time period.  I cannot rate the condition. It seems together and in good condition. Sounds Mighty. Please see all images. I have lightly cleaned . I leave further cleaning / restoration to new owner. I am not an expert in Drums.
