Rosewood is often used for ukulele fretboards and bridges, but rarely for the body of the instrument. It has a rich, dark reddish-brown grain, and a sound that is even mellower than mahogany.Mahogany neck, with a rosewood fretboard and bridge. Bone nut and saddle (compensated for accurate intonation.)T's Ukuleles trademark low string height for ease of playing and Hilo strings for real Hawaiian sound. Real paua shell rosette and fret markers, with a pearl shell headstock logo. White side dots at 3,5,7,10,12, and 15th frets. Top-of-the-line Gotoh friction tuners with grained ivoroid buttons are easy to use, and stay in tune perfectly.T's ukuleles are flawlessly made with an attention to detail, and with a lovely satin finish.
