This 1993 Hermanos Conde Media Luna negra flamenco guitar from the Calle Felipe V shop was built in the days before the model number was indicated. In the words of David Adizes(of the Felipe Conde shop on Calle Arrieta), it is "effectively a model AF25 or FC27 of today." The top is spruce and the back and sides are Indian rosewood. It has an incredibly clear, strong, penetrating sound and is suitable for concertizing. The guitar has two notable repairs as can be seen in the photos. Pins were inserted in the heel and tail stock so the guitar could be played wearing a shoulder strap. These modifications and subsequent repairs in no way affect the playability or structural integrity of the instrument. Other than that it has normal wear associated with professional use. Lacquer finish. Case included.Scale length: 667 mm
String spacing: 59mm at saddle, 44 mm at nut
Action: 4.5 mm above fretboard at 6th string, 12th fret
4mm above fretboard at 1st string, 12th fret
7mm above top at 1st string, bridge
8.5 mm above top at 6th string, bridge
